This is a super course for understanding what can cause stomach problems during running and, importantly, how to reduce the chances of that happening. The PDF download is fantastic and provides clear, actionable advice. This sort of topic can be overwhelming, but the PDF is a great resource to refer back to. The video lessons give more detail and explain the intricacies of this topic. Holly makes this topic easy to understand while providing enough depth to satisfy my questions! The added benefit is that this is all evidence-based, with references in the PDF to studies that support the advice that's given. This gave me confidence and cut through a lot of the poor-quality advice that is out there. Even as a registered sports nutritionist, I learned a lot and would recommend this to others.
